Growing through sharing and learning from each other. The group as a support for individual expression and changes.

All participants dive in a world of colors and share their intentions and individual journey as a part of a group process. This creates a space for mutual inspiration and support.

Basic: Workshop - 4 hours
Intensive: Studio Workshop – 2 days
Journey: Workshops – 3 x 4 hours (closed group, max. 4 participants)
Online Journey for 6 weeks: 6 sessions via Zoom, 2 hours each; plus weekly inputs per video and mail
